Forge is a new idea introduced into Halo 3 from Bungie to allow gamers to create their own maps. They can take off objects from the default map, put new objects on, and create teleporters and respawn points. If you don't like the weapons, change them. If you don't like the vehicles, change them. If you don't like where people respawn, change them.
When creating a map, a person must learn the controls carefully an how to lay items in proper spots or they can move. You can change when a vehicle or weapon respawns, how much ammo is in the weapon, so on a so forth. You can decide on a spwan point who can spawn there and who can't.
